Supports consistent performance in baijiu, whisky, and fuel ethanol mashes. - Brewing: Hydrolyses high-MW proteins that contribute to chill haze. Helps improve wort clarity and foam stability in high-adjunct beer production. Typical dose 20–50 g/hL at mash. - Animal Feed: Performs in the acid crop and proventriculus at pH 2–4, supporting protein digestibility and feed conversion efficiency.
